Small Group Training at Amplified Performance is designed for individuals who want personalized coaching without the cost of traditional 1:1 training.

Sessions are capped at 6 people per group, allowing Coach Aaron to deliver structured monthly programming while still adapting movements, loads, and progressions to the individual.

 

Each session emphasizes strength training, lean muscle development, and athletic performance, with hands-on coaching to ensure every rep is safe, intentional, and effective.

Our approach blends strength training and metabolic conditioning throughout the week to drive sustainable body composition changes, improved performance, and long-term confidence. Programming is progressive, challenging, and engaging, built to help you move better, get stronger, and stay consistent without burnout or boredom.
