HOW TO GET STARTED

We keep the process straight forward so you can focus on what matters:

training consistently and making progress.

  1. Choose Your Path: Select the training option that fits your goals, schedule, and season of life: adult group training, athlete development, online training or 1:1 coaching. 

  2. Build Your Game Plan: Once you're in, you'll meet me for a Strategy Session where I develop a clear path for you to reach your goal of becoming healthier, stronger, and more athletic for the long game. 

  3. Train, Progress, Repeat: Show up. Train with intention. Stack quality sessions over time. 

About Coach Aaron

Aaron Morales, founder of Amplified Performance, is a health and performance coach with 10+ years of experience dedicated to helping people improve their health and performance for the long haul. His passion lies in the art and science of movement and mindfulness, believing that true wellness is an equilibrium of the physical, mental, and spiritual self. He believes that fitness is not merely a pursuit, but a vehicle for personal growth and self-discovery.

In working with Aaron, you can expect an engaging training experience that both tests the limits of your physical abilities and empowers you to transcend those boundaries. He sees every person as a unique individual with their own path to wellness and potential to be discovered, whether they're new to fitness or seasoned athletes. Under his guidance, you'll not only elevate your physical abilities but also learn to harness mental fortitude and holistic well-being.
