WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

At Amplified Performance, we provide sports performance training for youth and high school athletes in Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario and the surrounding Inland Empire area.

 

Our program focuses on developing speed, strength, power, and durability so athletes can perform at a high level and stay healthy throughout their season. We focus on the long-term development, building the physical qualities that allow them to perform at a high level while staying resilient through long seasons, heavy competition schedules, and most importantly throughout their entire athletic journey.

Whether an athlete plays basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, or another field or court sport, we look at the unique demands of that sport and the athlete’s current stage of development to guide the training process.

Our system blends movement quality, explosive training, and progressive strength work to help athletes move efficiently, produce more force, and stay robust over time.

The goal isn’t just short-term gains — it’s helping athletes build the physical foundation that allows them to train hard, compete confidently, and continue improving year after year.

HOW WE DEVELOP STRONGER, FASTER ATHLETES

Training sessions may include: 

  • Speed & Acceleration Mechanics

  • Plyometrics and Jump Training

  • Strength Training 

  • Rotational Power and Core Training

  • Change of Direction and Agility 

  • Mobility and Recovery Work

THE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT

Athletes train in semi-private groups (6 max) where coaching and technique are prioritized. Sessions are structured, challenging, and supportive to create an environment where athletes can focus, compete, and develop confidence in their abilities. We work with athletes across multiple sports including:

  • Basketball

  • Baseball / Softball

  • Volleyball

  • Football

  • Soccer

  • Track & Field

  • Combat Sports
